Video Record Check

This quick test confirms if your computer has the appropriate hardware needed to record video and audio on the InfiniteKM platform. Click “Allow” to allow to enable your camera and microphone.

After clicking “Allow” you should see your webcam enabled (Note: this steps just confirms your camera is enabled, no video is being recorded). Speak aloud to confirm your microphone is enabled – you will see the microphone level bars move if all is working appropriately.

If you do not see your webcam enabled or microphone levels moving your hardware may not be enabled. Please contact your administrator.

Audio Record Check

This quick test confirms if your computer has a microphone enabled in order to record audio on the InfiniteKM platform. Click “Allow” to allow access to your microphone.

After clicking “Allow” speak aloud to confirm your microphone is enabled – you will see the microphone level bars move if all is working appropriately.

If you do not see your microphone levels moving your hardware may not be enabled. Please contact your administrator.
